Carey Jensen-owner/director of operations. Carey Jensen is a licensed real estate broker in Iowa & Nebraska with over 24 years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management. Her background includes extensive knowledge of real estate as a past instructor, condemnation and compensation as a past commissioner and a current member of the board of adjustment. Carey has 12+ years of land acquisition and leasing for renewable energy developments throughout the midwest. This required working directly with public officials and property owners.

She has also served as state and local president for the Iowa Association of Realtors, as well as serving on many committees at state and national levels. She was awarded the Southwest Iowa Realtor of the Year in 2009.
